To celebrate our Purplicious softball team I did what I always do - I made treats! Here are some fabulous Meyer Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon Curd filling and Buttercreamy Frosting. Equally as great were the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcake with the Buttercreamy Frosting.
(I also served some of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcake a la mode all topped with a drizzle of homemade hot fudge sauce, hmmmm!)
